Mr. Mahoney is a co-founder of this firm and has been of counsel since July 1998. He has represented railroad and airline labor unions before state and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States, and administrative agencies. He has also represented those unions before the U.S. Congress and State Legislatures in the preparation of proposed legislation and in testimony in support of and in opposition to proposed legislation, including most major railroad legislation by Congress for the past fifty years.
